 ***PLEASE NOTE:  This opportunity carries much marketing value as well as image/CSR equity for your company over the course of an entire year, as it is based on a yearlong speaking tour of Canadian universities and colleges during 2015.

 

TITLE SPONSOR: $75,000

22 SPONSOR BENEFITS IN TOTAL - All Sponsor benefits listed in this proposal (#1-22) 

1] Become the official and exclusive presenter of the Walk With Heroes cross-Canada speaking and film screening tour in colleges and universities from winter 2014 till the end of December 2015.

2] The production of a 2-3 minute corporate video/public announcement produced specially for your company to be posted on the Walk With Heroes website and to be made fully available for your use online or as you wish in perpetuity. This powerful piece will demonstrate how your brand is at the forefront of community & educational initiatives such as our Walk With Heroes Program. (The caliber of our three-minute film preview http://vimeo.com/89519042 attests to the quality of the film work that you will receive at this level of involvement - the production of this short film dedicated to your company’s CSR activities and profile carries a minimum $60,000 value in and of itself.)

3] In addition to receiving a credit on the WWH short film in perpetuity (See #5 below), you will get the opportunity to have one of your representatives introduce the screening event & directors of the film at the University of Toronto Screening (Rotman School of Business). This will allow you to contextualize the aims of your company with regard to promoting education, the arts and social/community initiatives such as this campaign. The presentation will be professionally filmed and may be posted on YouTube (if you wish) for maximum and on-going exposure for your brand.

4] Right of refusal to participate in future years’ WWH speaking tours and complete exclusivity in your business/product category for any year in which you are participating.

5] Receive a credit in the sponsors’ section of the Walk With Heroes educational film ‘The Salvadoran Rescue Mission’ to be screened to thousands of students across Canada – credit will read: “This film was made possible through the generous support of “__(your company name)__”. This credit will appear in the film in perpetuity, will be posted on YouTube, and will be proliferated extensively through social media.

6] At the GOLD and TITLE SPONSOR LEVELS, our Program offers a sponsor-branded video marketing strategy via a 2015 TOUR MINI DOCUMENTARY: A Branded video piece that focuses on the entire 2015 cross-Canada tour in one short, dynamic video to promote through YouTube and social media, that will show key and poignant moments from the Tour, show young participants in action and showcase our Title and/or Gold Sponsors, and University partners while we build up our audience nationally. This video will create dynamic, on-going, share-friendly content and build up marketing equity for sponsors and as well as build the Walk With Heroes community. (Video will be branded with our Title and/or Gold Sponsors’ company names).

7] Your Company credited as a presenter of the Walk With Heroes graphic novel to be produced in 2015.

8] Receive an all original art piece and certificate of appreciation to display at your office:  A beautiful, framed 20x30 plexi-glass still photo taken on location during film shoots for one of the first films in the Walk With Heroes Series (images from Israel, Italy, El Salvador or Germany to choose from).
